Greg & Sarah | Lake Orion Wedding | August 1st 2020
With this year being anything but normal with the Covid 19 pandemic. Weddings are looking a lot different too. Greg & Sarah’s wedding was my first one of 2020 and I actually ended up covering for someone else because of the pandemic. Despite the restrictions, and a last minute venue cancellation, it was a beautiful wedding with Greg & Sarah’s closest family and friends.
The ceremony wasn’t that different except for having to wear masks and no communion.
The reception was moved to Greg’s Parent’s backyard after the indoor location was no longer an option. They have a beautiful backyard with a giant tree that helped protect the guests from an afternoon rain storm that decided pass through. Lucky the rain didn’t last long and the party continued without issue.
I’m so honored to have been able to capture Greg & Sarah’s day. It couldn’t have been easy dealing with all the last minute changes with everything going on, but they handled it so well and deserve all the happiness in the world!
